Registration & Hosting a Party "Class"
Public classes are available...check our FaceBook Events Page for locations, dates and times. Follow the standard registration steps located on our HOME page on this site.
To host a “Paint the Plank” Wooden Creations class you will need to have a minimum of 6-8 guests (including yourself). The number of required attendees depends your class location: 6 or more required for - Nags Head, Kill Devil Hills, Kitty Hawk. Anywhere outside of those areas (within a 30-mile radius) requires a minimum of 8 or more attendees. CONTACT us via email or by cell to talk about available dates/times.
*We require all attendees to register and provide complete customization information for their project at least 96 hours (4 days) in advance so we can prepare the materials for your party.
Individual “Paint the Plank” selections and customization information is required at the time of registration on our registration form and must be paid for in advance of the schedule “Paint the Plank” DIY event. Please be sure to double check all spelling and information to ensure each project stencil and materials will be ready at the start of each DIY event.
DIY Workshop Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature of your project, all registration fees are non-refundable. If a registration cancellation must be made, it will we need to be at least 72 hours in advance of a workshop and the participant will be granted a class credit for a future workshop. No CASH/CC refunds will be made.
Private Party "Class" Cancellation Policy
To cancel an entire party - due to the custom nature of the projects, all registration fees are non-refundable. If an entire private party event must be cancelled, it will we need to be at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled workshop and the guests will be granted a class credit for a future workshop. No CASH/CC refunds will be made.
Project Change Request
Sometimes it happens…Changes to your project can be made within 96 hours (4 days) of your workshop, to accommodate your request we need to process a $10 stencil recut fee, payable prior to the start of your scheduled DIY event.
